Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Azabu Tokyo

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and had amazing amenities, including a fully equipped kitchenette and a washing machine. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting me in making a reservation. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by supermarkets and cafes. I also enjoyed the complimentary weekday breakfast and the free coffee and tea provided.

The staff here provided exceptional service, with bilingual staff members who were always friendly and helpful. They even helped us with arranging courier services and gave us valuable recommendations for local sights and attractions. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a washer-dryer, steamer, and a bath device that made our stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated the 500 yen card provided as a courtesy for opting out of cleaning, which we used at the nearby convenience stores.

This place is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Azabu was perfect, with easy access to the subway station and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room wasnice and neat, and the kitchenette was a great convenience. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially Nanako were really good to assist me with my stay. The cherry blossoms nearby added a beautiful touch to the surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tokyo.
